Quotes and pricing

Prices shown are indicative starting prices. Final prices depend on location, time, job requirements and any parts or materials required. The price will be confirmed before work begins.

Scope of work

TaskGodz carries out practical and technical work as agreed with the customer. We do not provide vehicle recovery or full mechanical repair. Work will only be undertaken where it can be carried out safely.

Bookings and access

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the site or vehicle. Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather or earlier jobs. Roadside availability varies.

Roadside assistance

All roadside work is subject to a safety assessment when we arrive, and conditions are reviewed throughout the job. We may decline to start work, or stop work, if we consider the location or conditions unsafe.

  • TaskGodz does not provide formal traffic management, and does not carry out repairs or wheel changes in live motorway or high speed traffic lanes.
  • Cones, warning lights, high visibility clothing or other safety equipment do not guarantee that a location is safe to work in.
  • Please do not remain in a dangerous location solely to wait for TaskGodz. Contact the appropriate emergency or recovery service and get yourself to a place of safety.
  • Customers are responsible for accurately describing their location and vehicle situation when requesting assistance.
  • Attendance does not guarantee that the requested work can safely or successfully be completed.
  • If conditions change while work is taking place, we may stop work and discuss the options with you.

Where we decline or cancel attendance for safety reasons, you will not be charged simply because the job could not go ahead. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Payment

Payment is due after the job, or as otherwise agreed. Card and contactless payments are accepted. There is no online checkout.

Cancellations

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Charges may apply where we have already travelled to the location.
