Roadside safety policy
Roadside assistance is subject to a safety assessment. TaskGodz does not carry out work in live motorway or high speed traffic lanes. Vehicles must be positioned in a suitable safe location before work can begin.

- Service stations
- Suitable residential roads
- Suitable lay-bys
- Other locations where the vehicle is safely positioned away from moving traffic
Every location is assessed individually before work begins.
Unsafe locations
- Live motorway lanes
- Live dual carriageway lanes
- Vehicles obstructing high speed traffic
- Locations where there is insufficient safe working space
- Any location TaskGodz considers unsafe to work in
If your vehicle is in a dangerous position, contact the appropriate emergency or recovery service and get yourself to a place of safety.
ON A MOTORWAY OR HIGH SPEED ROAD?
If your vehicle has stopped in a live traffic lane, do not attempt to repair the vehicle or change a wheel. Follow the appropriate road safety guidance and seek emergency or recovery assistance.
